Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of LifeOps, a personal and household scheduling application. By using LifeOps, a user agrees to these terms.

1. Purpose of LifeOps

LifeOps helps users organize tasks, routines, appointments, travel time, shared household responsibilities, work, and other scheduling information. It may connect to services such as Google Calendar, route, geocoding, or weather services.

2. Accounts

Users are responsible for keeping their LifeOps login credentials secure and for activity performed through their accounts. Access should not be shared with people who are not authorized to use the applicable household or organization.

3. Calendar and scheduling results

LifeOps is a planning tool. Suggested schedules, travel times, weather-based recommendations, reminders, and automated placements may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Users remain responsible for checking appointments, travel requirements, deadlines, driving conditions, and other real-world commitments.

4. Google account access

If a user connects Google Calendar, the user authorizes LifeOps to access the Google account data covered by the permissions approved on Google's authorization screen. LifeOps uses that access to provide calendar and scheduling features. Google access may be disconnected or revoked at any time.

5. User content

Users remain responsible for the tasks, notes, links, locations, calendar information, and other content entered or connected to LifeOps.

6. Acceptable use

LifeOps may not be used to interfere with the service, gain unauthorized access to another account, introduce malicious code, or use connected third-party services in violation of their terms.

7. Availability and changes

LifeOps may be changed, updated, suspended, or discontinued. Features may depend on third-party APIs, hosting services, internet connectivity, browser capabilities, or configuration outside LifeOps' control.

8. No warranty

LifeOps is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every scheduling or business need.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the LifeOps operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from missed reminders, scheduling conflicts, route or weather errors, third-party service outages, lost data, or unauthorized account access.

10. Privacy

Use of LifeOps is also governed by the LifeOps Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party terms

When LifeOps connects to a third-party service, use of that service is also subject to the third party's applicable terms and policies.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as LifeOps changes. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.

13. Contact

Questions about these Terms may be directed to the LifeOps application administrator using the contact information supplied with the user's LifeOps account or invitation.
