How to use this: The first table is the actual Thursday bin-fill sheet — put the listed bags into each person's market bin.
The sections below tell you what must still be bagged and how much roasted coffee is already available in the pails.
The full forecast targets are not added to the Roast Run. The system first uses current On-Hand and pail coffee to fill Thursday. If the table below still shows Still Need Oz, that shortage becomes a hard minimum that must be roasted before Thursday.
No Tuesday/Thursday sales forecast is added to roasting. Saturday production stays separate; Thursday adds only the roasted ounces that are physically missing to fill these bins.
Record Thursday Bags Made
This list contains only the bags that the Thursday sheet currently says still need to be made.
Saving uses the same inventory transaction as Record Bags Made: finished-bag On-Hand goes up and
the correct roasted ounces come out of the pail. Then this Thursday sheet refreshes automatically.
It does not move the bags into a market bin yet — it makes them available stock for the Thursday fill.

Fill These Thursday Market Bins
These are the full approved market targets, just like the Saturday Bin Fill Sheet. Do not subtract On-Hand from this table.

Gross − Tare = Net Coffee. The planner stores and uses the Net Coffee ounces for production math.
Showing all three numbers here makes the pail weight easy to verify. Pail coffee is applied by ounces even when it does not complete a whole bag.
