CGFM is included every Thursday. KFM is scheduled on the first and third Thursday. FFM is scheduled on the second, fourth, and fifth Thursday. Each market must have a forecast saved for this exact date in Market Forecast.
Completed roasts can be saved to Roast History at any time without closing the production week. Before closing, recalculate after entering your full inventory so unneeded, unstarted roasts are removed.
