Importing the CSV is still a preview first. Use Review / Apply Shopify Sales to On-Hand when the preview looks right. Every mapped Regular/Small coffee line in the uploaded CSV is reviewed as an inventory sale. Shopify sales do not change Ken, Ruth, or Tayler Bin Targets. Re-importing the same Shopify orders will not deduct them again. If an open Roast Run exists, it is recalculated after the inventory change.
Gross pail − tare = Net Coffee. Net Coffee is the amount available for bagging and roasting math.
